Release & Reclaim is a four-week embodied journey into creating space—in your physical environment, your digital world, and most importantly, in your own being.

It's for those of us who sense there's another way of living waiting to emerge, once we release what we've been carrying.

Through guided somatic practices, meditation, and thoughtful integration work, we'll explore:
